is in reference. Provide as much information such as the examples below when sending in ANY requests for support. The more information the better when trying to resolve an issue. This will also be able to find a solution as quickly as possible

- Merchant Name
- Your Name
- Transaction Data
- OrderID/Reference Number/Date/Time
- Error Being Received
- API Request and Response Data
